Wallace (formerly Bruno) was adopted on June 7, 2016 from Grapevine Animal Services.

While there is nothing wrong with buying a puppy or dog from a reputable breeder, there's nothing in that experience that really compares to the feeling of joy you get when you know you've given a deserving dog that has been abandoned or surrendered a permanent loving home.

Siri (formerly Jace) is an excellent example of why shelters rely on other organizations, such as rescues to help save more animals.  Sometimes, a shelter environment isn't working for adoption of an animal and other avenues must be pursued.

Siri is the newest rescue member of my pack, weighing in at only 47 pounds. This little bundle of energy is the smallest dog I’ve ever owned.

Dear Ruby was surrendered to the shelter when her owner went to the nursing home.  She had several medical issues going on which were discovered by our veterinarian so we reached out to Trinity GAP Rescue for help.  This lucky lady got a great foster home and what happened next was meant to be.
